JVS Softswitch offsite backup.

Dear JVS Customers,

For the holidays we are offering a free tool that will automatically do an offsite backup to your DB daily via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) . We highly advise that you contact our support team incase you do not have a back up server to use this tool to keep your data somewhere else safe.

For installation contact our support team by e-mail at support@joodvs.com and we will schedule an install for you.

Emergency Maintenance

Update:
Maintenance is now finished and all network connections has been restored. The network downtime was for 10 mins.

Dear Customers/Partners,
We are experiencing a fan failure on our switch in cabinet 4.1.5018 and a cross connect is going from the same to switch in cabinet 4.1.5019. We have scheduled to replace the switch on 29th December between 9:00 AM to 3:00PM Dallas Time. This issue is critical and we cannot re-schedule it for more longer period. We are just waiting for the replacement parts that will be delivered to us tomorrow morning priority delivery, as soon as it arrives we will proceed with the replacement of the switch. We are expecting a downtime of maximum 30 mins during this maintenance.
As per our records some of you have one or more servers in cabinet 4.1.5018 and 4.1.5019. Server with IP's from block 174.136.44.XXX and 173.237.184.XXX will be affected during this maintenance window.
We will keep you posted before and after we finish the task.

Cluster Upgrade Planned | JVS Softswitch Hosted Partitions.

We are happy to inform you that we will be upgrading our Cluster in the upcoming week, our team will be working hard on doing the upgrade with minimal outages.

Effected Clients: Hosted JVS Softswitch Customers.

Issues to be faced: Several Outages 5-10 minutes each outage maximum.

We will inform you once this activity has been completed successfully.
