To improve your customer service experience we have setup a new Help Desk system to serve you, starting from April 17th, 2012 all support requests must be opened from the below URL:

What's better now ?

Our new CRM "Customer Relation Managment" system combines Billing/Support/Ordering in one single interface, also always you see history of tickets , invoices, quotes and more.. in a simple UI.It also alerts you for any pending network issues, planned maintinance !

We're currently moving building a new knowledgebase database that includes videos, screenshots and step by step guides to every service we provide .

For the holidays we are offering a free tool that will automatically do an offsite backup to your DB daily via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) . We highly advise that you contact our support team incase you do not have a back up server to use this tool to keep your data somewhere else safe.
