To improve your customer service experience we have setup a new Help Desk system to serve you, starting from April 17th, 2012 all support requests must be opened from the below URL:

What's better now ? Our new CRM "Customer Relation Managment" system combines Billing/Support/Ordering in one single interface, also always you see history of tickets , invoices, quotes and more.. in a simple UI.It also alerts you for any pending network issues, planned maintinance ! We're currently moving building a new knowledgebase database that includes videos, screenshots and step by step guides to every service we provide .
